How to place an order at

Kindly follow the steps as given below:

  • Browse through our product range till you find something you like. Post you have chosen the product, select the relevant size (Make sure to check our size guide), wherever applicable.
  • Once done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
  • Once you are done adding all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to “continue shopping” or click ‘Checkout’ for payment options.
  • On the “Order Completion” page, You may login to your existing LastLocal account and go to the next step OR simply continue to fill in the billing details/your shipping address to automatically generate an account.
  • Once you’re done, Click on “Place Order” and select the desired payment method to confirm

How will I know that my order is placed successfully?

  • Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email OR SMS with details of your order with your order ID.
  • You’ll receive another email/SMS notification once your order is shipped out. Kindly be relaxed, and wait for your product/s to arrive!

How will I receive my Order?

  • We have tied up with reputed courier company like DTDC (DOTZOT), where your order will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
  • All orders come in double sealed courier packages to make sure that the products reach you in perfect condition.

I have used my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking to place the order. The order was not successful somehow and my money got deducted. What is wrong?

  • As a first step, kindly check your bank account (check for Bank notification SMS/Email to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by your respective banks within 10 working days.

How do I check the status of my Order?

To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the “TRACK ORDER” link

In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.

If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at, we will check with our courier partner to help you ASAP.


Is it safe to shop at using payment methods like Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or even Wallet?

All Wallet, Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are done over a tamper proof weblink which is not only secure but also an encrypted connection. We use Instamojo for our payment transactions. Instamojo is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards as a measure to make sure that the transaction data is 100% safe.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is not available for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available). Kindly use our PIN CODE lookup option to check the same.

I am trying to shop and pay. But my Payments are failing. What to do now?

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

Kindly confirm if the information you are providing is correct i.e. account details, banking log-in IDs (Net Banking), password (for Net Banking) are all correct or not; and please do check if you are connected to the internet without any disruption.

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days.


How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

Once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. NOTE: Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address, other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Prepaid orders are all FREE. We charge you an additional of Rs. 50 towards COD handling. That’s all.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS notification will be sent with a tracking link. You can also track it from your account on the website by clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID.

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partner is unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund thereby. We will personally have a chat with you over such issues. Our calling number will be 6289 800 500.


What are the terms of Returning/Exchamging a Product?

Customers can return their product within 10 days from delivery of the order.

Step 1: Go to “My Account”

Step 2: Click on request RETURN button

Step 3: A representative from our registered courier partner DTDC will come and take back the item.

Step 4: It has 2 scenarios,

If there is an Exchange, We will ship the new product once we receive the old product subjected to quality checks.

If there is a Return, The returned product will go through quality Checks before we process your re-fund.

NOTE: Gift cards/vouchers from are non-refundable.

What if I'm not available when the pickup is being attempted?

Our courier partner will attempt the pickup 3 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product from your location.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your account at Under the My Account’s Page, and then clicking ‘Cancel Order’.

If you want to edit the order, we will not be able to change anything once shipped.


What are the terms and conditions for refund?

Refund for Products  – The full product amount will be returned to your respective bank account, once the returned product is received at the warehouse post quality checks.

Cancellations – If the order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.

Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by LastLocal Support Team, the refund will be provided either into your bank account.

Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days for the same. Kindly allow us the time.
